Eligibility and Time frame:

Most items are eligible for Returns and Exchanges, but please note that certain products may be excluded.

To initiate a Return or Exchange, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date specified by the shipping provider.

All items must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the day you contact us about the return or exchange. Return shipping will be deducted from the order total or the Customer will have to pay for returns. 

Order Issues:

If you encounter any problems with your order, such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us promptly.

We will address the issue as quickly as possible and to the best of our ability.

Damaged Items:

In the case of receiving damaged items, we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping provider.

Please retain all packaging materials, as we will require photos of them to file a claim.

Once the claim is verified, we will offer you a refund or resend the item, according to your preference.

Missing Items:

If any items are missing from your order, we will issue a refund or send the missing item.

We kindly request that you thoroughly check the packaging, as small items can sometimes be difficult to locate.

Incorrect Items:

Should you receive an incorrect item, we will request photos of the item for verification purposes.

We will provide a return label to facilitate the return of the incorrect item to us.

Once received, we will promptly send you the correct item or issue a refund, as per your choice.
